GUARDIANSHIP

Making sure the health, welfare and assets of adults or a minor are properly secured and taken care of falls under Ohio Guardianship Law.  The Probate Court of each county in the State is charged with the establishment and administration of Guardianships.  The Court may appoint a Legal Guardian to handle all of the healthcare, welfare and financial matters for an incompetent adult or a minor child.
