Timothy A. Boyko, Esq.
Timothy A. Boyko is Managing Partner of the Law Firm of Boyko & Dobeck. He is a 1988 graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he received is Juris Doctor. Mr. Boyko is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, State of Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Parma Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. His Bar Memberships also include memberships in Wills, Trusts and Probate Sections and Real Estate Sections.
Mr. Boyko currently serves on the City of Parma Civil Service Commission. His past elected public offices included the City of Parma Charter Commission in 2004, where he served as Co-Chairman, and the Parma Board of Education from 1992 to 1995, where he served as President of the Board of Education in 1995. Mr. Boyko is involved in various community organizations, serving as legal counsel for the Tri-City Youth Football League and the Ukrainian Catholic Diocese. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Friends of Byers Field Foundation and a board member and President of the City of Parma Andrew Boyko Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
Mr. Boyko’s areas of practice include Probate, Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney, Elder Law and Real Estate and Business Law. Mr. Boyko also practices in the areas of Probate, Real Estate and Estate Planning in the State of Florida.
